Step 1- Liberally apply Painaway SPRAY over
the entire effected area & lightly rub in.

Step 2- Apply Painaway CREAM over the
entire effected area. Lightly rub in and repeat
process if pain still persists .

Step 3- Liberally re-apply Painaway SPRAY
over all the effected area
Follow these steps four times a day for up to 14 days.
